Measure the opening, choose timber or PVC, and we build the panels. Direct is the public door — useful when you want factory shutters without a dealer markup.

The product

Built to the opening, not to a stock size.

Every panel is cut for the reveal you send us. Mid rails sit where the glass bar sits. Tension screws are serviceable. Tilt can be a hidden rod or a clear centre rod — your call.

We ship Australia-wide from the factory order book. Sydney is home. The work is measured in millimetres, not “near enough”.

White plantation shutters in a living room

Basswood classic

Painted or stained hardwood. The default for living rooms, bedrooms and street-facing windows.

PVC & wet rooms

Stable in kitchens, bathrooms and coastal air. Same sightlines as timber.

Hidden tilt

Rear-rack tilt keeps the face of the slat clean. Centre rod still available.

Shapes & motors

Arches, rakes, café style, and battery or wired motors for the whole elevation.

Frames that fit

L-frame, Z-frame and dec frame options so the panel sits in a plaster reveal, a timber lining or an existing box.

Hardware that lasts

Stainless and coated hinges, tension screws you can tune later, and rebuild kits for tilt mechanisms.

Colour that holds

Factory white and cream as standard. Stains and custom paint matched from a sample or a Dulux code.

Pack that arrives whole

Panels numbered to the opening, hardware bagged per job, touch-up and packers in the crate.

From measure to hanging.

Measure

Dealers use the portal spec. Homeowners send widths, drops and a photo of each opening.

Confirm

We lock slat, frame, colour, mid-rail and hang. You get a drawing back before the plant cuts timber.

Build

Made in the factory book, not a local joinery queue. Typical production sits inside a container cycle.

Deliver

To the dealer floor or to the home. Install is yours, your fitter’s, or we can point you to one.
